Under John’s guidance and engineering vision, the company developed many of the products that became foundational to rockcrawling and off-road recreation — from heavy-duty axle assemblies to innovative suspension and steering solutions.
Never content to simply design from behind a desk, John brought his creations to life on the rocks. His transition from builder to competitor marked a new chapter not only in his career but in the sport itself. Behind the wheel, he became a force to be reckoned with — winning championships in ARCA, RCAA, and UROC and proving that innovation and performance go hand-in-hand. His victories showcased the potential of homegrown engineering pushed to its absolute limits.

Through Currie Enterprises and later RockJock by John Currie, he fostered a culture of precision, durability, and creativity that continues to influence fabricators, racers, and enthusiasts worldwide.
